1、柔性;主要表现在加工对象的灵活可变性,柔性自动化加工是通过(零件加工程序)来控制机床进行加工的。即更换零件时,只需改变有关软件和少量工具夹(在某些情况下,甚至可不更换工具夹),就可实现对另一零件的加工,进行批量生产或同时对多个品种零件进行混流生产。这就显著地缩短了多品种生产中的设备调整和生产准备时间。
