微机械加工就是利用高科技手段制造微型的机械部件,称之为微机械加工技术,当然在目前的条件下制作微机械还是有些困难的,需要有很高的技术支持,在这方面国外的科技水平已经有了很大的提高,如1962年第一个硅微型压力传感器问世,所以说中国的机械加工有待提高。 Micromachining is the use of high-tech means to manufacture micro mechanical parts, which is called micromachining technology.
