1水冷式冷凝器的保养
Maintenance of 1 water cooled condenser
（1）适时排除冷凝器包养不凝性气体和润滑油。

（2）根据精密空调冷却水系统的运行情况，定期清洗冷却塔接水盘和管道系统中设置的除污器、水过滤器。

（3）加强精密空调冷却水水质的检测，发现水质恶化，要将系统中使用的冷却水部分或全部置换。

（4）注意精密空调冷凝器传热管的结垢情况，如果结垢严重，应及时除垢。为减缓结垢，可在冷却水中加入适量阻垢剂。也可以采用经水处理的冷却水。

2风冷式冷凝器的保养

对于精密空调风冷式冷凝器的正常保养主要是根据传热翅片上积灰情况，定期进行吹除或清洗，以保持传热面的清洁。
For the precise air-conditioned air-cooled condenser, the normal maintenance is mainly based on the deposition of dust on the heat transfer fins, and regularly purge or clean to keep the heat transfer surface clean.
3冷却空气用蒸发器的保养
3 maintenance of evaporator for cooling air
（1）定期吹除或冲洗蒸发器传热翘片上的积灰;
(1) periodically blow or flush the ash on the heat transfer warp of the evaporator;
（2）冷库用蒸发器，根据排管表面霜层的厚度及时除霜;

4其它辅助设备的保养
4 maintenance of other auxiliary equipment
（1）干燥过滤器：要随时注意液流指示器对制冷剂含水量的指示，当它的指示片为淡红色时，干澡过滤器中的干燥剂失效，应立即更换干燥剂。
(1) drying filter: we should always pay attention to the indication of liquid flow indicator to the moisture content of refrigerant. When its indicator piece is light red, the desiccant in dry bath filter fails, and desiccant should be changed immediately.
（2）中间冷却器、气液分离器：定期对浮球阀进行检查以及在机组大修时进行吹除和承压试验，分离器中有加热装置时还应定检查加热装置。
(2) intercooler and gas-liquid separator: check the float valve regularly and carry out the blow up and pressure test during the overhaul of the unit. The heating device should also be inspected when the heating device is in the separator.
