内圆磨床相对于车床、铣床等采用数控系统较晚，是因为它对数控系统的特殊要求。近十几年来，借助CNC技术，磨床上砂轮的连续修整，自动补偿，自动交换砂轮，多工作台，自动传送和装夹工件等操作功能得以实现，数控技术在平面磨床与内圆磨床上逐步普及。
The inner circle grinder is relatively late in the CNC system compared with the lathe and milling machine. It is because of its special requirements for the CNC system. In recent decades, with the help of CNC technology, grinding wheel continuous dressing, automatic compensation, automatic exchange grinding wheel, multi platform, automatic transmission and clamping workpiece have been implemented. CNC technology has been popularized on surface grinder and internal grinder gradually.
内圆磨床使用程序
Application program for inner circle grinder
1.检查油池，油箱的油液高度是否达到液压指标；

2.检查油液牌号及材质量是否符合使用说明书的规定；

3.各操作手柄（手轮）应置于关闭或卸荷位置，砂轮架（磨头）至于后退位置，各运动部件不应互相碰撞；

5.机床应打开放气阀，排尽油缸及系统内的空气，然后关闭放气阀。

6.有液压操作箱的机床应按使用书的规定调整开停阀和工作台速度手柄，使工作台慢速，并在较短的距离内往复运行数次，运行正常后，在逐渐调至最高速度，在全行程内检查运行与换向是否正常（工作台速度大于15m/min的机床不可立即调整到最大行程），有无冲击和明显滞留现象。

内圆磨床的简单维护

1.内圆磨床在连续长时间的使用下,会加速其老化,甚至会烧坏,所以能间歇性让其休息一会，或经常更改内圆磨床显现内容，或是其在内圆磨床保护模式下运作一会，这样都会有利于延缓内圆磨床老化。

2.在气温太低时(小于零下30度),应该停止使用.拼接显视屏属于贵重的电子产品,而且内部高压危险,禁止非专业人员对其进行操作。对水十分敏感,南方梅雨潮湿的天气,容易损害屏内部的元件,所以要定期运行,或者可以在屏内部放上一包防潮剂。

3.内圆磨床墙表面是一块玻璃,避免发生硬件碰撞，不能对内圆磨床表面施加压力,如果发现内圆磨床屏表面有污垢，应当使用准确的方法将污垢清除。不能将清洁济直接喷到显示内圆磨床玻璃表面,这样有可能流到液晶内圆磨床内部而导出现短路故障
3., the surface of the wall of the internal grinder is a piece of glass, which avoids hardware collision and doesn't exert pressure on the surface of the internal grinder. If we find dirt on the surface of the internal grinder, we should use accurate method to remove the dirt. It can not be sprayed directly to the glass surface of the inner circle grinder, so it may flow into the inner of the inner circle grinder of the liquid crystal and lead to a short circuit fault.
